Alles, was du über Evermoment wissen musst – Schritt für Schritt.

Evermoment dreht sich um den Moment: Ihr fotografiert gemeinsam, live während eures Events, statt später Bilder aus der Galerie hochzuladen. Alle Aufnahmen landen verschlüsselt in einer gemeinsamen Galerie – sichtbar nur für die Teilnehmer eures Events. Evermoment gibt es als Web-App (ohne Installation), als iOS-App mit Zusatzfunktionen und als Evermoment Fotobox für das iPad.

1. Erste Schritte

Event erstellen (Veranstalter)

Tippe auf „Neues Event", vergib einen Namen, optional Datum, Beschreibung und ein Kartenmotiv (8 Themes). Du erhältst automatisch einen Event-Code und einen QR-Code, mit dem deine Gäste beitreten. Optional schützt du das Event mit einem Passwort oder aktivierst eine Login-Pflicht.

Beitreten (Gäste)

Gäste brauchen keine App-Installation: Einfach den geteilten Link oder QR-Code öffnen, Namen eingeben – fertig. Evermoment läuft direkt im Browser (Web-App) und kann auf dem Home-Bildschirm abgelegt werden. Für iPhone-Nutzer gibt es zusätzlich die native iOS-App mit erweiterten Funktionen. Nach dem Beitritt kann ein kurzes Willkommens-Pop-up erscheinen, wenn der Veranstalter einen Begrüßungstext hinterlegt hat.

Anmeldung

Veranstalter melden sich per Magic-Link/Code per E-Mail an (kein Passwort nötig); auf dem iPhone auch per „Mit Apple anmelden". Gäste nehmen ohne Konto teil.

Events verwalten & filtern

Auf der Startseite siehst du alle deine Events. Der „Filter"-Button öffnet Suche, Filter nach Rolle (Veranstalter/Gast) und „nur mit Videos" sowie Sortierung nach Datum, Name oder Anzahl der Medien.

2. Kamera

Mit dem großen Auslöser nimmst du ein Foto auf – es landet sofort in der Event-Galerie. Die Kamera ist im Vollbild, damit du das Motiv komplett siehst.

Filter & OverlaysTippe unten auf „Overlays" (links) oder „Filter" (rechts) – die Auswahl klappt als Leiste am Bildrand auf. Nochmal tippen blendet sie wieder aus.

Dual-Kamera (iOS)Nimm Vorder- und Rückkamera gleichzeitig auf – Motiv und eure Reaktion in einem Bild.

Große VorschauHalte ein Overlay-Vorschaubild länger gedrückt, um es groß anzusehen (ohne es auszuwählen).

Kamera wechselnÜber das Symbol oben wechselst du zwischen Front- und Rückkamera.

3. Galerie

DetailansichtTippe ein Foto an, um es groß zu sehen. Nach links/rechts wischen (oder die Pfeile nutzen) blättert zum nächsten/vorherigen Bild.

Gefällt mirMit dem Herz markierst du ein Foto.

Sortieren & filternSortiere nach neuesten, meisten Likes oder meisten/neuesten Kommentaren. Mit dem Umschalter zeigst du nur deine eigenen oder alle Fotos.

ReiterFotos, Videos und – falls vorhanden – Boomerangs und das Video-Gästebuch haben jeweils einen eigenen Reiter.

Auswahl-ModusÜber „Auswählen" markierst du mehrere Fotos. „Alle/Keine" wählt alles aus oder ab. Markierte Fotos kannst du löschen, ausblenden oder – je nach Tarif – als ZIP exportieren.

RechteGäste verwalten ihre eigenen Fotos, Veranstalter alle Inhalte des Events.

4. Kommentare (Pro)

Zu jedem Foto kann jeder Teilnehmer genau einen Kommentar schreiben, ihn bearbeiten oder löschen. Der Veranstalter moderiert alle Kommentare. Die Kommentaranzahl erscheint auf der Foto-Kachel. Kommentare lassen sich pro Event ein- oder ausschalten und sind an den Pro-Tarif des Veranstalters gebunden.

5. Gästebuch

Jeder Gast kann genau einen persönlichen Eintrag hinterlassen und diesen jederzeit bearbeiten oder löschen. Veranstalter können jeden Eintrag entfernen. Neben dem Text-Gästebuch gibt es ein Video-Gästebuch: Gäste nehmen einen kurzen Videogruß auf. Gästebuch-Einträge können optional in das automatische Event-Video eingeblendet werden.

6. Video-Erstellung (iOS)

Aus den Event-Fotos erstellt die iOS-App automatisch ein Highlight-Video mit sanftem Ken-Burns-Effekt. Wähle Fotos aus – „Nach Gesichtern" wählt automatisch Bilder mit Personen. Anschließend gestaltest du mit Filtern, Effekten, Musik (Katalog, Mediathek oder eigene Datei), bis zu zwei Overlays und Text-Labels. Im unteren Drittel kannst du entweder Gästebuch-Einträge oder bis zu drei Kommentare einblenden. Das fertige Video speicherst du, legst es im Account ab (mit Freigabe für Gäste) oder teilst es direkt als Story.

7. Live-Diashow (Pro)

Die Live-Diashow spielt die Event-Fotos automatisch im Vollbild ab – ideal für die Leinwand oder den Fernseher auf der Feier (auch per AirPlay). Neue Fotos der Gäste erscheinen automatisch. Du kannst die Bildauswahl kuratieren, filtern und optional Kommentare einblenden. Ein dauerhaft eingeblendeter QR-Code lädt Gäste zum Mitmachen ein.

8. Benachrichtigungen

Eine zentrale Glocke bündelt alle Benachrichtigungen: Likes, Kommentare, Gästebuch-Einträge, Ankündigungen und neu bereitgestellte Videos. Ein Tipp öffnet direkt das passende Foto oder Event. Auf dem iPhone gibt es zusätzlich Push-Mitteilungen und ein App-Icon-Badge mit der Anzahl ungelesener Benachrichtigungen – ein- und ausschaltbar im Profil.

9. Veranstalter-Tools

Co-Veranstalter (Pro)Lade bis zu zwei Personen per E-Mail als Unterstützung ein. Sie helfen beim Verwalten und Moderieren, haben aber keinen Zugriff auf Einstellungen, QR-Code oder das Löschen des Events.

AnkündigungenSende eine Nachricht an alle Gäste (tarifgebunden). Der Verlauf bleibt einsehbar.

Gäste-Übersicht & ModerationSieh alle Gäste mit Bildanzahl. Du kannst Fotos ausblenden, Gäste blockieren oder melden.

Event verlassen (Gäste)Gäste können ein Event verlassen und dabei wählen, ob ihre eigenen Fotos erhalten bleiben oder gelöscht werden.

10. QR-Karten-Designer (Pro)

Gestalte eine elegante Einlade-Karte mit dem Event-QR-Code zum Mitmachen. Über die Chip-Leiste wählst du das aktive Element (QR, Texte, Overlay, Banner) – nur das aktive Element ist beweglich. Verschiebe es mit dem Finger, skaliere es über den Slider. Ein Element-Chip lange drücken blendet es vorübergehend aus. Overlay- und Hintergrund-Vorschaubilder lange gedrückt halten zeigt eine große Vorschau. Die fertige Karte lässt sich drucken (AirPrint) oder als PDF exportieren.

11. Evermoment Fotobox (iPad)

Die Evermoment Fotobox ist eine eigene iPad-App, die aus dem iPad eine elegante Selbstbedienungs-Station für euer Event macht – aufgestellt auf einem Ständer. Gäste fotografieren sich selbst, wählen Rahmen, Filter oder Hintergründe und laden ihr Bild in Sekunden per QR-Code aufs eigene Handy. Alle Aufnahmen landen automatisch in derselben gemeinsamen Evermoment-Galerie. Die Fotobox ist an ein aktives Pro-Abo gebunden.

Aufnahme-ModiFoto, Boomerang (kurze Endlos-Schleife), Video-Gruß und ein Video-Only-Kiosk-Modus.

GestaltungLive-Filter, Overlays/Rahmen, austauschbare Hintergründe (Weichzeichnen oder Ersetzen), optionale Beauty-Glättung und – auf unterstützten Geräten – 3D-/AR-Objekte.

Berührungslos auslösenÜber Handgesten (z. B. offene Hand oder Daumen hoch) löst die Kamera ohne Antippen aus – praktisch für die Selbstbedienung.

Kiosk & EinstellungenDie Einstellungen sind per PIN geschützt, damit Gäste nichts verstellen. Alle Aufnahmen gehen automatisch ins Event.

Empfehlung: „Geführten Zugriff" aktivieren. Damit während der Feier nicht versehentlich oder absichtlich eine andere App geöffnet oder die Fotobox geschlossen werden kann, aktiviere auf dem iPad Apples Geführten Zugriff: Einstellungen → Bedienungshilfen → Geführter Zugriff einschalten und einen Code festlegen. Öffne dann die Fotobox und starte mit einem Dreifachklick auf die Seiten- bzw. Home-Taste den Geführten Zugriff – das iPad ist nun auf die Fotobox „gesperrt". Zum Beenden erneut dreifach klicken und den Code eingeben. So bleibt das iPad die ganze Feier über zuverlässig in der Fotobox.

12. Konto, Speicher & Tarife

Im Profil siehst du deinen Speicherverbrauch und die Funktionen deines Tarifs. Tarife (Free, Standard, Pro) bestimmen Speicher, Anzahl der Events, Foto-Qualität, Export, Wasserzeichen sowie Funktionen wie Dual-Kamera, Offline-Speicher, QR-Designer, Live-Diashow, Kommentare, Co-Veranstalter und die Fotobox. Zusätzlicher Speicher ist als Erweiterung buchbar. Käufe laufen auf dem iPhone über Apple, im Web über unseren Zahlungsdienstleister; aktive Abos werden automatisch mit deinem Konto abgeglichen und lassen sich jederzeit kündigen.

Die Sprache (Deutsch/Englisch) stellst du ebenfalls im Profil um. Unter „Tipps & Gesten" findest du in der App eine Kurzanleitung zu allen Gesten.

13. Sicherheit & Datenschutz

Alle Fotos werden verschlüsselt gespeichert (AES-256), die Server stehen in Deutschland. Inhalte eines Events sind ausschließlich für dessen Teilnehmer sichtbar. In Tarifen mit Wasserzeichen wird dieses sichtbar ins Bild eingebrannt. Die Fotobox verarbeitet Gesichts- und Tiefendaten (z. B. für Hintergrund-Freistellung, AR-Objekte und Beauty-Glättung) ausschließlich lokal auf dem Gerät – sie werden nicht gespeichert und nicht übertragen. 14. Häufige Fragen

Müssen meine Gäste etwas installieren?

Nein. Gäste nehmen über Link oder QR-Code direkt im Browser teil. Die native iOS-App ist optional und bietet zusätzliche Funktionen (z. B. Video-Erstellung).

Was ist die Evermoment Fotobox?

Eine eigene iPad-App als Selbstbedienungs-Fotobox für euer Event. Sie erfordert ein Pro-Abo. Wir empfehlen, während der Nutzung den Geführten Zugriff des iPads zu aktivieren (siehe Abschnitt Fotobox).

Wer sieht meine Fotos?

Nur die Teilnehmer deines Events. Es gibt keine öffentliche Galerie.

Was passiert nach dem Event?

Du kannst Fotos und Videos exportieren (je nach Tarif). Im Free-Tarif sind Fotos zeitlich begrenzt verfügbar, in bezahlten Tarifen dauerhaft.

Everything you need to know about Evermoment – step by step.

Evermoment is all about the moment: you take photos together, live during your event, instead of uploading pictures from your camera roll afterwards. Every shot lands encrypted in one shared gallery – visible only to the participants of your event. Evermoment comes as a web app (no install), as an iOS app with extra features, and as the Evermoment Photo Box for iPad.

1. Getting started

Create an event (organizer)

Tap “New event”, give it a name, optionally a date, description and a card design (8 themes). You automatically get an event code and a QR code for your guests to join. Optionally protect the event with a password or require sign-in.

Joining (guests)

Guests need no app install: just open the shared link or QR code, enter a name – done. Evermoment runs right in the browser (web app) and can be added to the home screen. iPhone users can also use the native iOS app with extra features. After joining, a short welcome pop-up may appear if the organizer set a greeting.

Sign-in

Organizers sign in via a magic link/code by email (no password needed); on iPhone also via “Sign in with Apple”. Guests join without an account.

Manage & filter events

The home screen shows all your events. The “Filter” button opens search, filtering by role (organizer/guest) and “with videos only”, plus sorting by date, name or media count.

2. Camera

The big shutter button takes a photo – it goes straight into the event gallery. The camera is fullscreen so you see the whole scene.

Filters & overlaysTap “Overlays” (left) or “Filter” (right) at the bottom – the list slides in as a rail at the screen edge. Tap again to hide it.

Dual camera (iOS)Capture the front and back camera at the same time – the scene and your reaction in one shot.

Large previewPress and hold an overlay thumbnail to view it large (without selecting it).

Switch cameraUse the icon at the top to switch between front and back camera.

3. Gallery

Detail viewTap a photo to see it large. Swipe left/right (or use the arrows) to move to the next/previous photo.

LikeTap the heart to like a photo.

Sort & filterSort by newest, most likes or most/newest comments. Use the toggle to show only your own or all photos.

TabsPhotos, videos and – if present – boomerangs and the video guestbook each have their own tab.

Selection modeUse “Select” to mark several photos. “All/None” selects or clears everything. You can delete, hide or – depending on your plan – export selected photos as a ZIP.

PermissionsGuests manage their own photos, organizers manage all content of the event.

4. Comments (Pro)

Each participant can write exactly one comment per photo and edit or delete it. The organizer moderates all comments. The comment count shows on the photo tile. Comments can be turned on or off per event and are tied to the organizer’s Pro plan.

5. Guestbook

Each guest can leave exactly one personal entry and edit or delete it anytime. Organizers can remove any entry. Besides the text guestbook there is a video guestbook: guests record a short video greeting. Guestbook entries can optionally be shown in the automatic event video.

6. Video creation (iOS)

The iOS app automatically creates a highlight video from the event photos with a soft Ken-Burns effect. Select photos – “By faces” auto-selects images with people. Then design with filters, effects, music (catalog, library or your own file), up to two overlays and text labels. In the lower third you can show either guestbook entries or up to three comments. Save the finished video, store it in your account (with sharing for guests) or share it directly as a story.

7. Live slideshow (Pro)

The live slideshow plays the event photos automatically in fullscreen – perfect for the screen or TV at the party (also via AirPlay). New guest photos appear automatically. You can curate the selection, filter it and optionally show comments. A permanently displayed QR code invites guests to join in.

8. Notifications

A single bell bundles all notifications: likes, comments, guestbook entries, announcements and newly shared videos. A tap opens the matching photo or event directly. On iPhone you also get push notifications and an app-icon badge with the number of unread notifications – switchable in your profile.

9. Organizer tools

Co-organizers (Pro)Invite up to two people by email as support. They help manage and moderate but have no access to settings, the QR code or deleting the event.

AnnouncementsSend a message to all guests (plan-based). The history stays visible.

Guest overview & moderationSee all guests with their photo count. You can hide photos, block or report guests.

Leave event (guests)Guests can leave an event and choose whether to keep or delete their own photos.

10. QR card designer (Pro)

Design an elegant invite card with the event QR code. Use the chip bar to choose the active element (QR, texts, overlay, banner) – only the active element can be moved. Drag it with your finger, scale it with the slider. Long-press an element chip to temporarily hide it. Press and hold overlay/background thumbnails for a large preview. The finished card can be printed (AirPrint) or exported as a PDF.

11. Evermoment Photo Box (iPad)

The Evermoment Photo Box is a dedicated iPad app that turns the iPad into an elegant self-service station for your event – placed on a stand. Guests take their own photos, pick frames, filters or backgrounds and grab their shot on their phone within seconds via QR code. Every capture flows automatically into the same shared Evermoment gallery. The Photo Box requires an active Pro subscription.

Capture modesPhoto, boomerang (short looping clip), video greeting and a video-only kiosk mode.

StylingLive filters, overlays/frames, swappable backgrounds (blur or replace), optional beauty smoothing and – on supported devices – 3D/AR objects.

Touch-free captureHand gestures (e.g. open hand or thumbs up) trigger the camera without tapping – ideal for self-service.

Kiosk & settingsSettings are PIN-protected so guests can’t change anything. Every capture goes into the event automatically.

Recommended: turn on Guided Access. So that no other app can be opened – accidentally or on purpose – and the Photo Box can’t be closed during the party, enable Apple’s Guided Access on the iPad: Settings → Accessibility → Guided Access, turn it on and set a passcode. Then open the Photo Box and start Guided Access with a triple-click of the side/home button – the iPad is now “locked” to the Photo Box. To end it, triple-click again and enter the passcode. This keeps the iPad reliably in the Photo Box throughout the event.

12. Account, storage & plans

Your profile shows your storage usage and your plan’s features. Plans (Free, Standard, Pro) determine storage, number of events, photo quality, export, watermark and features such as dual camera, offline storage, the QR designer, live slideshow, comments, co-organizers and the Photo Box. Additional storage can be booked as an add-on. Purchases go through Apple on iPhone and through our payment provider on the web; active subscriptions sync automatically with your account and can be cancelled anytime.

You can switch the language (German/English) in your profile too. The in-app “Tips & gestures” page gives you a quick reference for all gestures.

13. Security & privacy

All photos are stored encrypted (AES-256) and our servers are located in Germany. Content of an event is visible only to its participants. On plans with a watermark it is burned visibly into the image. The Photo Box processes face and depth data (e.g. for background separation, AR objects and beauty smoothing) entirely on the device – it is not stored and not transmitted. 14. FAQ

Do my guests need to install anything?

No. Guests join via link or QR code right in the browser. The native iOS app is optional and offers extra features (e.g. video creation).

What is the Evermoment Photo Box?

A dedicated iPad app that works as a self-service photo booth for your event. It requires a Pro subscription. We recommend enabling the iPad’s Guided Access while using it (see the Photo Box section).

Who can see my photos?

Only the participants of your event. There is no public gallery.

What happens after the event?

You can export photos and videos (depending on your plan). On the Free plan photos are available for a limited time, on paid plans permanently.
